Pinks in many hues - dusty rose, coral, pale pink, salmon and some fuchsia. Pink is the color of innocence, coral is dramatic, dusty rose is romantic and dreamy, fuchsia is bright, and sassy. Many years ago when I met my partner, the Prince, he wore a polo shirt in this color.    It took a while for me to realize that he had 5 polo shirts in the same color.   Well, it didn’t take that long to figure it out. Fifteen years and much fashion coaching later, he has 40 polo shirts in a wide range of colors. I’m thinking of having one of the original shirts framed. Yes, they are still in the closet.

He would have gone crazy with happiness if everything he owned could have been the same color.

So, my color of the month is the now popular shade called anything from turquoise, Lucite green, pale jade, to deep mint green.   It reminds me of the Caribbean and New Jersey in the summertime.

Thanksgiving is careening around the corner and Christmas is on it’s heels. This is the time of year when I feel as if I should take stock of my life to see where I am. It’s like getting your stuff ready to do your income taxes. I don’t do New Year resolutions. In a nutshell, here's where I start:

1. Did I go anywhere? Maine, to eat lobsters. I’d go back.

2, What how did I spend 2014? Worked on my Zazzle stores. This amounted to obsessing on creating new designs, finding new designs and then applying them to products. My eyesight has suffered.

3. What do I plan to do in 2015? 1. Go outside. 2. Volunteer somewhere. It isn’t good for your karma to be totally self-involved.
